Heather Young is a dynamic product leader with over 16 years of experience in the banking and payments industry. She specializes in product management, digital transformation, and client experience optimization, having driven significant success across retail, commercial, and small business sectors. Her expertise includes strategic leadership, cross-functional team management, and data-driven decision making, which have made her a key player in enhancing user engagement and satisfaction through innovative digital solutions.
In her current role as Senior Platform Engagement Product Manager at Truist Bank, Heather leads the development and enhancement of the bank's digital platforms, including web and mobile apps. She focuses on maximizing client engagement, retention, and deepening strategies, using Agile methodology to align product features with client needs and business objectives.
